My piano is a true antique (1847 Grand Square). American Piano Pro was professional and meticulous with packing and moving my piano. I am so grateful for their wonderful service. Truly remarkable.

In the recording studio environment the piano has to be spot on which means your piano tuner has to be spot-on as well. It's especially critical when players of the caliber of Gordon mote sit down at the bench. Arnie has become a mainstay with me when I go in to record my new CD projects because he gets it right every time. I can't think of anyone I would recommend more for your tuning needs.

To whomever it may concern: I would whole heartedly recommend Arnie to pick out and deliver your piano. He was great and easy to work with. He told us that the piano would be prestine, and he delivered. Our Kawaii is amazing and at that price was a great deal. It looks brand new, it is hard to believe that it is 20 years old. Please contact me with any questions.

We’ve always entrusted the professional care of our 6’9’’ Kawai piano to Arnie Puckett. He does a “grand” job tuning our piano—we love it when he follows up the tuning by playing a lively variety of songs for us. When we moved to our current home, Arnie is the only person we would consider allowing move our piano—and, of course, he did a fantastic job. Arnie is a true professional! We highly recommended him to anyone when it comes to caring for their piano!

The best reference we can give for Mr, Arnie Puckett is that he knows what he is doing and he does it well. Arnie has moved pianos for us, sold pianos to us, and tuned pianos for us. We have personally watched him move pianos of all sizes. He knows how to take care of business and his business is pianos.

I bought a baby grand from Arnie several years ago. when I moved a few years later I called Arnie and ask him to move it to an impossible location (upstairs), he moved it without hesitation. The price was very reasonable and piano was moved without a scratch. Arnie has taken very good care of me as a customer. I feel good about advising all my friends to call him with their piano needs.

I purchased my grand piano from Arnie Puckett several years ago. He moved it to my home and set it up. I was well pleased with the job that he did. He has tuned my piano ever since, and has always done an excellent job. He also tunes both of my daughters (one which is a baby grand and one is an upright) pianos and has also done an excellent job on those. I will always use Arnie to tune my piano because he is very professional and on time.

Arnie moved my Steinway A3 Grand from Champaign, Il to my home in Metropolis, Il. The piano was rebuilt by The Piano People in Champaign. They were impressed by Arnie's very obvious love of pianos, the care he took when handling it, and his skill in moving it. The guy knows what he's doing.\par \par Arnie tuned my Steinway. Sounds great. There's more to it than that .... Arnie was careful in turning in the tuning pins so they stay tight and the piano remains in good tune a bit longer. The Steinway likes him.

Arnie moved and stored my 6-foot grand piano for me when we were remodeling our house. Several sets of stairs and tight conditions contributed to making this a tricky move, but he had the tools and expertise to very safely and quickly get the job done. It was amazing to watch something so difficult look so effortless. A month later, when he brought the piano into it’s new location, he also set up and tuned it, using his skills to put my piano into great playing condition! I’ve recommended Arnie to another piano teacher when she was also moving and tuning a grand piano, and I wholeheartedly recommend him to you.
